Children Across India are Suffering from Malnutrition and YOU Can Help!
Gabriel Project Mumbai is working to end malnutrition in the slums and villages outside of Mumbai. We take a holistic approach to nutrition, both providing meals in school, and health checkups and supplements, as well as providing income for families through our micro-enterprises. Our focus is to ensure families have access to more income and therefore better nutritional opportunities. Additionally, we are are discouraging child labor in the slums by providing free hot lunches in our school program and innovative educational opportunities. Finally, our clinic ensures that any child suffering from malnutrition is appropriately diagnosed and treated with ample follow up.
The battle against malnutrition will not be won overnight, but with your help we can keep running our holistic programs in response to the malnutrition crisis we are facing. Every donation makes a difference in the life of a child in the slums.
